I wasn't sure of what to think of this demonstration. It seemed that there were also many people in favour of the pipeline.
But, when I saw the RCMP's response to a few unarmed demonstrators, I was all for the demonstrators. Sure, the RCMP was called in to stop them, but sending in what amounted to an army? With snipers and all?
Now, that was just crazy, and a total over-reaction.
The OPP has been doing the right thing: sending in a few people, led by a woman, to just talk to the Mohawks, and serve them papers only.
