The Globe and Mail newspaper's Books Editor actually noticed my email to him about my book, Hugo and Fluffy Tales!!!
He sent it on to the children's book editor!
I have only a slim chance of getting reviewed, because I self-published, unfortunately. At least he noticed my email, and my book has gotten to Stage Two at The Globe and Mail!

Don't Buy Computers at The Source!!!
I have been having awful troubles with my computers bought at The Source in The Beaches!
My first one, an Acer computer kept on stopping. Finally, it had its main drive and motherboard go, all at once!
After 3 weeks in The Source's repair centre, I was told that some clerk at the store had OK'd my data being retrieved, for a charge of $65.00! Without even asking me!!!
I got so angry at that, that I finally complained to the head office. They agreed that my computer should have been replaced months ago. The store replaced it with this HP one.
Now, I do videos, and with my computer gone, I got a little Sony Camcorder and some DVD discs, to do videos, and put them into my computer later.
I was having so much trouble getting this computer to recognize the videos on the discs that I contacted HP's tech support last night. I think that I got someone in India.
Now, I have to return THIS computer, too! HP is sending me packaging and so on, and they will go over everything!
I will again be without a computer, for about a week to ten days.
HP retrieves data for free, so I won't lose my cute pics of Tarene the Terrific!!!
Well, at least it all happened under warranty!

A New Computer and a kitten!
I have my new computer, and Tarene the kitten is sleeping peacefully.
But, I am still trying to figure out how to get my MovieMaker back, and how to upload my videos from the Sony Camcorder into the computer!!! Lots of work and worry!
