Punished by Revenue Canada for Filing a Late Return!

I thought that I would be smart, and file my return late, so that the Ontario Liberals nasty scheme of giving me a small monthly payout, instead of my tax return all at once would be foiled.
Instead, I am being horribly punished!  It looks like I will NOT get ANY tax return at all!
Not only did Revenue Canada decide to ASSESS my taxes, but they say in their online checker that my Ontario taxes are "non-refundable tax credits"!!!
They REFUSE to MAIL me the assessment, too!  It was done on Jan. 20th, and I have gotten NOTHING in the mail!

It is obvious that the government hates poor people.  Maybe they just want us all to die off from lack of food and shelter!

Streetcar and CBC Fun; Auditioning for Dragons Den!

I had a fun time today!  On the Queen streetcar, and at CBC, auditioning for their show, Dragons' Den!!!

The streetcar on the way there was hilarious!  This oddly familiar smell began wafting through the car.  Hmmm....smells like...What!??..Marijuana!!!????
It smelled more and more, and even the driver finally smelled it.  He yelled out, "Is someone smoking a joint back there?!"  He then went to the back part of the car, and yelled at a guy, "What is WRONG with you?  Get off my car!!"
Being stoned, of course the guy went quietly.
He had SECURITY written on the back of his jacket.  !!!

At CBC, I was happily surprised to see no lineup.  People were all extremely happy to see me, that meant!
I filled out a form, and had a couple of minutes to read the consent form; which has odd things like--I  had to agree to let my image "go out to the UNIVERSE forever" in it!!!
I guess that they think that Aliens love Dragons Den!
I think that the producers who saw me liked me, but I won't know if I made it on for a few weeks.  I feel good about it!  I hope I'm right!

On the way home, it was less fun.  I had to wait for 20 minutes for a streetcar, and the driver on it was coughing like crazy. Didn't cover his mouth, either.    Blechhh!
Someone told the next driver of that, and she spent the next 10 minutes going over everything with hand sanitizer.

I made it home OK, and Tarene the Terrific was bouncing!!!

TAX RANT!

Revenue Canada keeps on telling me that my tax return was assessed!  AGAIN!!!
But...NO REFUND :  Nothing in the mail!  I tried to find out if it had been sent, and they WON'T let me know! 
They won't let anyone call them at this time of year.  I tried logging in, to see more about it.
After tons of questions, they tell me that I need a special number, THAT THEY WILL MAIL TO ME, to be able to log in properly...

Money from blogging...

I have made a total of one cent!!!
So...I thought up a very funny blog post, to get lots of hits, and money, the other night.  A brilliant idea!  I scribbled it on a scrap of paper!

I lost the scrap of paper.  I have no idea of what my brilliant idea was.  

You will have to laugh at this, instead...

I am feeling kind of frustrated, because I never win even silly small things in any contest that I enter!
I am putting it out to the Universe that "Hey!  I need MORE STUFF!"

Got my Light...and...It Works!!

I got my video light at last!  It works very well!  I shot this video of Tarene the Terrific with just a 60 watt bulb in the light!
