About to do some harder editing!

Tomorrow, I will be putting extra audio clips into the July 23rd Howl radio show.
I am so nervous!!!  This one will involve putting in two telephone conversations, as well as 2 music tracks! 
I have to be perfect!!!  
YIKES!!!

More video editing!

I am staying in for Wednesday and Thursday this week, to do more video editing.  I will be attempting the Lightworks program.  I was told by a friend who is taking computer graphics courses that it is 'sort of' OK.
He recommended the Sony Vegas program, but also said that IT took him a YEAR to learn it!!!
I don't have a year, so I am starting a bit smaller, but still slightly better than my Windows Movie Maker, that lately hasn't been putting my audio in sync.

Meanwhile...here is my video of the June 25th Howl show, with Mary Lou Patchell, Bela of Menage, and Wendy Joseph.  With a special appearance by The World Famous Fluffy!

Takes forever...

It is taking all night to get the video into YouTube!!!  First, YouTube wouldn't take the long video.  So I tried in a smaller format.  Still a no go.
I had to upgrade AGAIN to the longer video thing.  YouTube phoned me with a special code!!!  Top Secret!!!
Now, it's taking hours to process the video.  So, here I sit, waiting to see if it'll work THIS time!

Audio editing

I finally managed to edit the audio for the June 25th Howl radio show!!!
I used the Acoustica Basic Edition; and found it quite simple! (after some swearing...Fluffy was bored by it..again.)
YouTube is now processing the video, and it will be out soon!
I added a song by the group 'Menage'.  It is sort of in the right place!

Tomorrow, I will be seeing Mary Lou Patchell, and she will be going through the model shoot videos!  The men will love these videos!!!

Video Editing

I have been editing all evening, while keeping the TV on, to make sure that I won't be up all night.  Too bad that I missed all of the interesting pitches on Dragon's Den, because of that!
Funny, but the latest two videos that I put into my video editor went out of sync with their audio once into "Movie Maker".  I put the first into YouTube raw.

I meant to do a lot of work today....
But....it's my birthday!  Taking the day off, eating, etc.!

Driving myself crazy

I am now driving myself crazy, trying to add some extra audio to Nik Beat's Howl show of June 25.
I added the whole thing, and most of it worked well.  The most important part to add in was a phone in interview, though.
Do you think that the voices synchronized???  You would be wrong!!!  So, Nik Beat now has an echo!
I need to try to remember the name of the audio editor that Windows 8 went and deleted a month ago, to get just bits of the audio file in there.
Wish me luck, or, if ANYONE knows of a good, free audio editor, please let me know!

The World Famous Fluffy....is tired.... (a sort of poem)

The World Famous Fluffy had a long day, waiting for me.
Now, I'm uploading 63 little videos that I took today.  Fluffy heaved a little sigh, and then another.....
I am up to 25 or 26.  Waiting.
I had to do another Windows update in the midst of it.

The World Famous Fluffy moaned.
Now, she is making horrid slurping noises....
It is 2 a.m.
I think I should sleep.
And pray that the computer doesn't lose the rest 
Of my video files!!!

Worked hard on video taping

I worked hard for almost 8 hours doing a video shoot of Mary Lou's photo shoot.
Lots of models!  Sitting around, joking, and smoking....
I will stay off cameras for a long time, now.  My ego is suffering.  Badly!!  :p

Weather clearing!

No rain today!!!  The weather people were so afraid that we'd have more flooding that there were TONS of warnings.  
Of course, NOTHING happened at all!

Toronto floods!

Crazy, to see the flooding all over Toronto, on the news.  Oddest was the video of people being rescued from a GO Train in inflatable boats!!!  They were stuck for 4-7 hours. 
I was lucky, because I live at the top of a big hill.  Nothing got into my basement apartment.  I sure kept an eye on the window well, though!  Old drainage system, and no cover on the drain, too.
More rain tonight and tomorrow.  Blehhh.
GLOBAL WARMING!!!

My Stupid Computer....

My stupid computer has done it again!!!
Now, the stupid speaker won't work at all!  It was low sound all along, but now is NO sound!  :-p  Nothing showing as wrong with the sound, too!
Now, I will have to get extra speakers, and possibly a microphone, to do my video editing and posting!  I meant to do Nik Beat's latest Howl show tomorrow, too!  It needs to have sound bites added for a telephone interview, and a song that was played.
So...sorry, but my YouTube postings may not be up again for awhile.  I have 2 more Grackle Cafe in Schomberg, Ont. posts to edit and post, and the main Howl show of last week.
Just rants, now, for a short while.  (I hope it's short!)
